Who Is Our Service For?

Anyone can draw up and register an LPA by themselves (see here for our guide on how to do it). However, we understand that some people may find the process daunting and would like help and advice from someone with experience of LPAs. This may be particularly true if:

  • You are not sure which kind(s) of LPA you want or need;

  • You want to have personal help through the process;

  • You have multiple properties or investments; or

  • You wish to make detailed or complex arrangements for the future.

Personal service from Barry

Our service is provided by Barrington Wiles (Ll.B.), an expert in LPAs who has been drawing them up since they were first introduced in 2007.

He will provide a personal one-to-one service to ensure your LPA is appropriate for your situation.

He will guide you through our clear process and answer any questions, as well as draw up and check over the paperwork.

Clear, Upfront Pricing

The cost of drawing up and registering multiple LPAs can be offputting – HM government charges £92 per LPA for registration alone – so we publish our prices for for all to see.

You pay a fixed fee for each LPA drawn up, with no extras or hourly billing, so you can breathe easy.
