Please note that in other cases, such as where an individual wishes to have different attorneys for different LPAs, the fee due will be £120 per LPA (i.e. the individual LPA rate rather than a discounted rate) to reflect the increased complexity and paperwork.

Fees for registering an LPA

These fees are set by HM Government. If you wish us to register the LPA for you, we will include these fees in your invoice. Otherwise you must pay them direct to HM Government when registering your LPAs. Note the dates below refer to the date of registration of the LPA.
